Botched: Body builder Melissa told she needs an unusual boob job
Woman who paid for implants to fix her deflated ‘milk udders’ was left with a wonky, scarred chest and forced to glue on fake boob cutlets to even them out
A woman was left with scarred and ‘wonky’ breasts after she bought implants as a present to herself to fix her deflated ‘milk udders’.
American bodybuilder Melissa had ballooned to a massive 286lbs after she got married at 20 and had her son.
So when she shed 115lbs the new mother decided to fix her small breasts.

But after the operation she knew something was wrong when her right breast shrank so much it turned ‘hard as a rock’, and discovered it had ruptured.
Melissa was forced to turn to US E!’s Botched doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif who were stunned at her uneven and scarred breasts and promised to fix them by removing the ruptured implant and putting in two symmetrical ones.

Melissa claimed her breasts had been left looking like ‘milk udders’ when she shed nearly half of her body weight.
As a present to herself for losing the weight she had 510cc implants put in – but within 24 hours she knew something was wrong.
The surgeon told her to just massage her boobs – but over the years the right one got smaller and harder.
‘The right one was really high and hard as a rock, the left one was really low and droopy,’ she explained in the episode.
Melissa became a bodybuilder and had to glue fake cutlets into her swimsuits to compete so she finally consulted the Botched doctors.
Dr Dubrow said he could fix her bad breast surgery but even he was surprised when he began to operate and discovered the right implant had ruptured and Melissa had bled into it.
He said: ‘I’ve done over 10,000 cases and I’ve never seen that before!’
But he gave Melissa new implants that made her breasts even and after the surgery she declared: ‘Now after the surgery my breasts are even and symmetrical.
‘This operation has truly changed my life. And it feels amazing.’
