Eventually, a Police Community Support Officer (PSCO) arrived at the scene and attempted to calm the commotion as Adams cried into his uniform and reached out for a man in the crowd.

She can be heard telling the officer that she didn’t have any stolen goods, before being escorted into the store.
West Midlands Police confirmed that they attended the scene and that a woman was charged with theft and assaulting a security guard.
Adams, of Wordsworth Road, Small Heath, received a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after pleading guilty to the two offences when she appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
She was also ordered not to enter Birmingham city centre or the inner ring road for 12 months, except to attend court and probation appointments.
The video was filmed by an onlooker, who was visiting the city with a friend and their children.
She told the Birmingham Mail: ‘It was terrible.’
A spokesman for New Look said that they were aware of the incident.
